Serological HLA-Typing

The detection of human HLA antigens and HLA antibodies is easy to accomplish with BAG serology products. BAG HISTO TRAYs contain human, polyclonal HLA antisera or monoclonal HLA antibodies of defined specificities for the determination of HLA class I and HLA class II antigens. SeraScreen trays contain frozen lymphocytes from various and healthy blood donors with defined HLA antigens. Rabbit complement is included free of charge to all kits. Lyophilised HLA-antisera are also available.
